Leeds-based ImageCo has undergone an MBO. Former production manager Simon Harrison and print manager Nathan Swinson-Bullough have bought the retail and exhibitions specialist from former joint managing directors Stephen Johnson, who has retired, and Brian Plows who will continue in the industry with his own agency.
The deal, completed on 6 March, sees Harrison and Swinson-Bullough become joint managing directors of the business, which was established in 2000 and provides wide-format print, a design and installation service, and full project management.
Harrison said of the MBO: "Over the past 15 years, our team has built an excellent reputation in the industry which has helped ImageCo establish itself as an innovative choice for clients across all sectors who want creative and fresh design solutions. Nathan and I are delighted to have completed the buyout from Brian and Steve and look forward to taking ImageCo to the next level in terms of client delivery and creative thinking."
