Digital print a focus at Surface Design Show

A reminder that the Surface Design Show will run 5-7 February at the Business Design Centre in London. Jennifer Castoldi, of Trendease International, has curated ‘Digital Surfaces’, a new feature at the 2019 event and one designed to exemplify the potential of digital print on numerous materials.

An extensive material library will display resin tiles for interior and exterior use, ceramic tiles, acoustic textiles, latex prints for wellbeing, and materials that embrace the circular economy, as well as other materials. Renowned print designers Katja Behre of Elli Popp and Annette Taylor-Anderson of ATADesigns will showcase their designs in collaboration with PSPs. As part of the event’s seminar programme a talk entitled ‘Design in Digital Print Presents New Opportunities’ will be delivered on the main stage at 2.45pm on 6 February.
