Antalis has widened its flagship visual communications Coala range with new laminates, wallpapers and easy-apply substrates. Raccoon upgrades its Zund to provide new applications
Vehicle wrapping and display specialist Raccoon has bought a Zund G3 3XL1600CVE16. The order, placed on the first day of Sign and Digital UK, includes PackZ software and various tools to “not only give us more capacity, but more flexibility in what we produce," said Richard Clark, Raccoon managing director.
Screenprint and Display rounds off investment
York-based Screenprint and Display has rounded off a three-way spend with a Dyss X5 digital cutting table from AG/CAD. The company’s recent buy-out of online sticker specialist Edge Stickers was shortly followed by the arrival a Durst P10 flatbed printer, prompting the Dyss X5 spend.
Octink celebrates 33% jump in revenue
Marketing suite and display specialist Octink is celebrating its strongest ever first quarter, with a 33% increase in revenues compared with the same period in 2014. It marks the West London-based company’s busiest start to the year since it was established in 1962.
CMYUK appointed as exclusive UK distributor for ATP
CMYUK has signed an exclusive deal with ATP Adhesive Systems to distribute its range of self-adhesive media for the digital print graphic market throughout the UK. Formerly part of PaperlinX’s dtec media line, the range will now be marketed and sold by CMYUK under the original material manufacturer’s name.
Still time to enter Fespa World Wrap Masters tournament
Final calls are being made to those wanting to enter the Fespa World Wrap Masters tournament. The event, sponsored by 3M and Mutoh, will see up to 36 individuals from across the world compete to win the title of World Wrap Master at Fespa 2015 in Cologne later this month.

Agfa launches Jeti Mira and Tauro
Agfa has launched two new wide-format inkjet printer ranges and introduced a white option to its Anapurna M3200i machine at the ISA show in the US. It also showed new automation and more feature integration in the wide-format workflow Asanti 2.0 and announced there will be more new products before the end of the year. The new ranges, the Jeti Tauro and Mira, will be at Fespa 2015 later this month alongside the new Anapurna M3200i RTR White and additional automation options for the Anapurna M2500i.
Free new technology guides for members of Fespa associations
Fespa has published a series of technical guides that are available free to members of Fespa UK and its other national associations. Two sets of guides are now available covering colour management and pre-production data management, with more sets being rolled out during the year.
