Caldera has brought out Caldera V9 Rip software which harnesses the latest version of the Adobe print engine, APPE  2.5 for more productivity features and refinements. Enhanced colour options, improved transparency handling and faster previewing are some of the improvements.

Epson teams with EFI for proofing solution

Epson has teamed up EFI to offer Epson Design Editions, a proofing solution for in-house designers, agencies and advertising departments with print being output on the 24in-wide SP-WT7900 (or the 17in-wide SP-4900 or SP-3880).

Free print seminars in January and February

Over 800 printers have so far registered so far to attend free Antalis McNaughton events during January and February at sporting venues across the country. UniGraphics speeds up production with EFI Vutek GS3250LX

UniGraphic, a 45-year-old Massachusetts-based company that has tripled its revenue in the last eight years, has installed an EFI Vutek GS3250LX printer in its wide-format department, which also houses a Vutek 5330 and QS3200.
