Three new Mimaki printers to get SDUK showing

Hybrid Services will show three new Mimaki printers at Sign and Digital UK ( 25-27 February, NEC). The newcomers are a pair of LED UV printers and the company’s fastest direct-to-film model.

The new 1.6m-wide UCJV330-160 LED UV integrated printer/cutter incorporates white and clear into its inkset and can print onto translucent, transparent and coloured materials, including PET, polyurethane and other films, textiles such as lightbox material and uncoated paper, as well as onto traditional media sign and graphics media. Being an integrated printer/cutter, it is also equipped with features for contour cutting.

A number of the UCJV330’s efficiencies are shared with the second Mimaki launch, the UJV100-160Plus, which will have its first showing at an exhibition at SDUK 2024. The “competitively priced” machine also incorporates white and clear inks to maximise creative potential.

“Visitors to the exhibition, co-located with Printwear and Promotion, will see the very latest Mimaki technology immediately upon entering the hall, with Hybrid’s stand located directly at the entrance to Hall 2 at the NEC,” said Hybrid sales director Andrew Gregory. “Our stand offers numerous examples of Mimaki hardware and inks that deliver significant cost savings, productivity enhancements and overall efficiencies that transfer into real world commercial advantage for companies looking to step up their digital print capabilities.”

The third Mimaki printer making its debut is the TxF300-75, Mimaki’s fastest direct-to-film printer providing up to three times the productivity of the TxF150-75.  “With the event running alongside Printwear and Promotion, we anticipate an even greater interest in the new Mimaki DTF printer than we saw with the phenomenal response to the launch of the TxF150-75 earlier this year,” added Gregory.
