Roland DG has won a Viscom ‘Best of 2012’ award in the signmaking category for its Soljet Pro4 XR-640 printer/cutter launched in September.
The Viscom jury said: “With this new print and cut machine, Roland DG is appealing to professional signmakers and supporting them as they seek out more creative opportunities in the market. The XR-640 can be used for the most diverse applications, including stickers, window decorations, banners, posters, vehicle-wrapping and canvas. The jury was especially impressed with the seven- and eight different colour printing configurations in the machine including CMYKLcLm, Light black, white and metallic silver inks. The Roland machine is set apart by its high quality and absolutely precise output.”
