IGS Digital is to sell the Croatian-made Azon Q UV inkjet printers in the UK. The company is exhibiting the machine at Ipex this week.
Various sizes of the machine will be available, starting with an A3 model (print dimensions 30cm x 80cm) taking materials up to 20cm thick.
Aimed at small design studios as well as at the sign and graphics markets, the Azon Q UV printers are single-pass machines with vacuum table for handling print onto various flexible and rigid substrates. They use Azon UV inks and can run cmykwwww or cmykwwgg. Optimised print resolution is 720 × 2,880dpi.
Pricing is understood to start at just over £11,000 for the A3 model.
