Milton Keynes-based Icon Graphics has completed installation of the UK’s first Durst Rho P10 250HS Plus 6C + W inkjet printer. Director Neville Tosar said: “It improves our offering and will more than double production capacity. It shows we are investing in our customers and that we are safeguarding the quality of our production well into the future.”
Tosar, who expects to achieve a return on investment in the machine over the next couple of years, added: “We wanted a solution that would elevate our production quality. We wanted to futureproof the business and for us the Durst Rho P10 250HS PLUS was the best option. It is fast machine that is also easy to set-up and includes ink saving capabilities that reduce costs. Job turnaround is much faster as a result of the LED pin curing and there is greater substrate flexibility. The different production modes enable greater productions capabilities.”
The Durst Rho P10 250HS Plus is equipped with Durst Quadro Array 10 printhead technology to achieve 1000dpi without loss of speed. This also applies to the use of light colours.
