Esko and China-based finishing equipment manufacturer JWEI have signed a strategic partnership. The announcement was made at the All In Print China Expo held recently in Shanghai and comes fast on the heels of CMYUK signing a distribution deal with latter to sell its JCUT digital cutting tables in the UK and Ireland, describing the company as a ‘vanguard of innovative disruption’.
This official co-operation between Esko and JWEI creates a production eco-system - Esko’s software solutions include tools for packaging design, pre-press, colour management, workflow automation, and digital cutting, while JWEI manufactures digital cutting and finishing equipment.
Zhou Wenjian, general manager of Esko Greater China, said: “The relationship between Esko and JWEI has always been close. Now we are fully combining our strengths of hardware and software, delivering a more valuable overall solution to customers. Through this cooperation, we will further accelerate our business growth.”

The high-tech JWEI JCUT tables are available in three sizes - 1600mm x 2500mm, 2100mm x 3100mm, 3200mm x 3000mm.
