Fespa Awards winners announced

Prize for Best in Show at the Fespa Awards has gone to Switzerland’s Atelier für Siebdruck Lorenz Boegli for its screenprinted entry ‘Josephine’ seen here. The image is one of ten screen and digital printed designs of Josephine Napoleon for French high-end jewellery brand Chaumet. The Runner Up Award was won by India’s Studio Reya for a T-shirt titled ‘Indian’.

The Michel Caza People’s Choice Award went to Sweden’s Tobex for its textile titled ‘Bluebells’. Nigel Steffens, Fespa CEO, said: “We were overwhelmed with the quality of award entries, with more than 385 entries from members of Fespa’s national associations around the world. The judges consisted of technical screen and digital print experts as well as editors. It proved to be a very difficult decision for the judges to choose the winning entries this year as the quality of the work was exceptional.”

Details on all the category winners should be on the Fespa website by the time you read this.
