Caldera, MS Printing Solutions and JK Group now under Dover Digital Printing umbrella

Caldera, MS Printing Solutions and JK Group are now part of Dover Digital Printing, a newly formed operating company within Dover’s engineered systems segment. The intention is to leverage synergies by bringing together the software, printing equipment and inks of the three companies while allowing the individual brands to continue to serve their traditional customers as independent operations.
Dover Digital Printing will have more than 400 employees and focus on providing digital inkjet solutions for industrial printing applications across fashion, sportswear, beachwear, home decoration, soft signage, signs, graphics and displays. Abhi Agrawal, previously vice president of strategy and business development at Dover, becomes president of Dover Digital Printing. He said of the move: “We are building an incredible business in the digital printing imaging space. Since our brands complement each other very well, we will be able to leverage our geographic scope and diverse expertise across specialised industries to develop more effective solutions for our customers. The new entity will also benefit from Dover’s considerable size and scale.” Caldera is well known for its software to drive large-format inkjet devices. MS Printing Solutions designs, manufactures and distributes digital inkjet printing systems and associated consumables serving the textile and speciality material markets. JK Group is a manufacturer of inks and consumables for the digital textile printing markets.
